Direct Rail Service (DRS) appointed B2B to help assess and select the new operational management team responsible for daily operations. Working with the operational and executive management teams, we delivered a tailor-made management development programme which included action–learning, individual coaching, team psychometric profiling as well as training and facilitation workshops.
