John Doyle

John Doyle has 25 years experience as a qualified people and organisational development consultant. John has extensive experience in the public and private sectors in the UK, and internationally, in supporting large-scale organisation and culture change projects through developing leadership, management and team effectiveness with Boards and senior management teams. John has specialised in building effective collaborative relationships between organisations and their people, he is the B2B lead on prospective partner evaluation in major procurements e.g. the London Olympics, and supporting bid teams in being effective in winning major projects across a range of sectors. Jayne Amato

Jayne Amato is an experienced and qualified development consultant and facilitator with over 20 years experience of working with both public and commercial organisations. She has supported many groups to become highly effective teams through behavioural and leadership development, and helped leadership teams to work successfully together in building partnering relationships. Jayne has supported teams bidding within Competitive Dialogue competitions and designed and project managed a number of team assessment using ‘soft issues assessment’ for large procurement projects within OJEU competitions, and is an experienced assessor. David Shindler

David Shindler is an experienced and qualified workplace coach, people development consultant and group facilitator. He has worked on organisational, leadership and management development interventions for a wide range of public and private sector organisations. David is experienced in and supports B2B work on potential partner evaluation. Amanda Jackson

Amanda Jackson is a qualified and experienced executive coach and has worked as a management coach in a number of sectors including banking, retail, rail transport, the food manufacturing industry and commercial vehicle sales. She is an experienced team development trainer & facilitator and has worked with teams in the construction, nuclear, defence, retail sales and facilities management sectors. With a background in sales training and customer service, Amanda has supported companies bidding major projects within Competitive Dialogue competitions.  A trained and experienced assessor within standard leadership and management assessment centres, Amanda is also an experienced assessor within the B2B soft issues assessment centre. Peter Gay

Peter Gay is an experienced organisation development consultant and facilitator with over 30 years’ experience. He has led major projects in developing countries as well as leadership and management in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  His strength is in supporting the management of complex projects with multi cultural teams in challenging situations in the UK and abroad. Alison Milne

Alison Milne is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has experience in public and private sectors in Organisational Development, Leadership and Executive Coaching.  She has worked as an internal consultant and also for the last 15 years as an external and self employed consultant. Graham Dobell

Graham Dobell is a qualified engineer with over 25 years of experience in project managing change programmes in a wide range of both private and public sectors. This includes developing and implementing performance improvement programmes and award winning management development programmes in areas from complex infrastructure projects to outsourced managed services, consultancy and manufacturing. He has high level experience in the development of strategic relationship programmes for PPP/PFI programmes and major equipment / service procurements.
