Leadership & Management Development on the Right Track

B2B are supporting Direct Rail Services (DRS) in developing and delivering a fully tailored and innovative programme to build further the team working, and leadership and management capabilities, of its newly formed operational management team.
Direct Rail Services is the UKs leading rail freight operator – a lynchpin supplier of transport solutions for the nuclear sector, DRS also provides a range of rail freight and other services to the wider market.
As part of its long term strategy and re-organisation, DRS has appointed a new Functional Heads team – responsible for the operational management of the business and reporting to the DRS Executive Team. The B2B team initially supported the design and delivery of an assessment centre for the evaluation of potential management team members. Once the management team were appointed, the B2B team have worked with the DRS HR team to design and deliver an integrated management, leadership and team development solution using an integrated programme of action –based learning, coaching, individual and team psychometric profiling and as well as training and facilitation.
